Improving Capacity of Multi-Sectoral Response to HIV/AIDS in Yili Prefecture

Goals:

To raise the awareness of multi-sectoral leaders on HIV/AIDS prevention and to improve their attitudes towards issues related to PLWHA;
To increase leaders recognition and support for the implementation of international best practices in HIV/AIDS prevention;
To improve capacity of multi-sectoral agencies in developing and implementing annual workplans in responding to HIV/AIDS; and,
To build capacity of project staff in HIV/AIDS prevention and care.
