Promoting condom use among commercial sex workers through condom promotion and peer education (Urumqi, Yili and Kashgar)

Goal: Reduce the transmission of HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted infections (STI) among Commercial Sex Workers (CSWs) and clients through promoting condom use among CSWs, standardizing STI treatment and establishing HIV/AIDS/STI and VCT services. The project is being implemented at entertainment places in three sites in Urumqi, Yili and Kashgar.
