Goals:

To raise the awareness of PSB leaders at Prefecture and City levels on HIV/AIDS and to enhance their support to HIV/AIDS prevention;
To raise the awareness of police, medical staff and inmates in detoxification centers about HIV/AIDS and change their attitude towards PLWHA; and,
To build a team of police trainers in the community and detoxification center and a team of inmate peer educators in the detoxification center for HIV/AIDS prevention and care.
