Goals:

To familiarize multi-sectoral leaders with national policies on HIV/AIDS and to increase their support for HIV/AIDS prevention and care in Kashgar Prefecture;
To improve capacity of multi-sectoral agencies in developing and implementing annual workplans in responding to HIV/AIDS; and,
To build capacity of staff of CDCs at all levels in Kashgar Prefecture in conducting HIV/AIDS surveillance.
